- Great people - Top management are transparent and they are your mentors/friends - Flat structure - Work culture is excellent - Work are challenging - You learn so much on the job

- Pay is slightly on the lower side

Pros

I spent over 3 years in Aleph Labs as a Software Engineer. I was lucky to get exposed to a variety of projects during my tenure. People are really nice here. They have good clients as well who adopt upcoming technologies. The office space is nice but most of the employees work out from client side. 4 pm snacks is a good initiative.

Cons

Sometimes the project delivery can be challenging but then it pushes you to grow and learn more.
