Dear Alephian, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on our Glassdoor. We are sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your employment with us as much as we would like you to. Employee engagement has always been one of our top priority, therefore, your feedback will certainly be taken into consideration for our internal review. Nevertheless, we have noted that you are still working with us at this point in time, so we would like to implore you to approach any of the Happiness Team members and go through the formal feedback mechanism where we can address your forementioned feedbacks/comments. We believe that this will be a better medium for a two-way conversation which can help us take in feedback in a constructive manner from you, as well as understand each other's points of views on some of the topics mentioned so that we can build a stronger Aleph together. Kindly approach any of the Happiness Team members to make this possible. Aside from that, we would like to ascertain that Aleph is a discrimination-free organisation, and any violation of such behaviour will be dealt with promptly and appropriately. Therefore if you have any information regarding misconduct, improper behaviour or discrimination, we urge you to bring this up with either the Happiness Team or Senior Management, whichever you would feel more comfortable with. We are building a workplace of respect, where everyone is welcomed for who they are and we would love to walk the growth journey with everybody onboard. Do note that every alephian plays a vital role in the growth of the organisation. Every aleph milestone will not have been possible with the dedication of each alephian, which is the reason success stories are highlighted to all on certain occasions. That being said, all alephians are given the same due respect to learn and grow in their respective fields regardless of the position they hold in the organisation. Despite the ongoing recruitment activities due to new business demands, we cherish every single alephians and have always wished them for the better.
