Pros

Management, sometimes they are kind and sometimes they are not. HR is friendly.

Cons

The management is really Greedy. Don't expect an increment unless you're really valuable to the company and have another job offer in hand with higher salary. Don't expect yearly appraisals either.

- The pay was good. - Strategic location that's nearby LRT/MRT. - Workload was bearable. - Onboarding was alright.

Cons

- Having to write daily journal to send to the Happiness team. It doesn't make sense because why would the Happiness team need to know what I'm up to? They're not my managers. - Limited space and it was very hard to do work because it's always full and there were many people in the office. - The meeting room upstairs lacked of chairs and space??? - Lack of onboarding on projects you're assigned to.
