      Ownership sold out. So many unkept promises regarding pay, the companies trajectory, employee treatment. It was a sad sight to see what was once a decent company turn into a money grab at the top

      Poor benefits. Low salary - low increases. Lofty ideas poor follow through. No work -life balance. Uneven distribution of work. Producers get all profits and perks. Workforce gets 2-3% increases yearly. Dead end jobs.
