      Standard In House Job but company has poor values

      Pros

      Opportunity is there to make money, uncapped commissions, Good Product with strong brand awareness, Management will help you development.

      Cons

      -Somewhat Unrealistic goals that if question they will make you look stupid. Also all they care about numbers at end of day. They preach taking care of customers but their "top agents" dont care about individuals. I witnessed these top performers disregard customers calling back saying they were given misinformation, needed help and were hung up and blocked. Thats not taking care of people.

      benefits are OK job is somewhat secure - they can put up with mediocrity because of the high turnover

      Cons

      Constantly understaffed Underpaid Unethical Management Questionable HR practices Toxic environment No REAL growth within the company Some managers are bullies - be prepared to hear about politics, religion and other unprofessional topics of conversation Horrible morale level of staff High turnover Once you leave, partners will badmouth you to all vendors and current employees. They will slander you without any shame. Career opportunities are mission impossible Absolutely no integrity

      Pros

      Great place to work with a solid culture of great co-workers. There is flexibility for full-time employees on where to work and when - the ROWE work place.

      Cons

      There are stressful times of year like 4th quarter since so many health plans renew at that time.
