Pros

Career growth is encouraged and strongly supported. Transparency in management. Welcomes innovation, initiative, diversity and inclusion. Very positive work environment. Team focused. Company has vast resources to help me do my job. Provide very fair wages.

Cons

Health benefits are good not great. Connecting with other agencies can be a challenge.

Pros

Opportunity is there to make money, uncapped commissions, Good Product with strong brand awareness, Management will help you development.

Cons

-Somewhat Unrealistic goals that if question they will make you look stupid. Also all they care about numbers at end of day. They preach taking care of customers but their "top agents" dont care about individuals. I witnessed these top performers disregard customers calling back saying they were given misinformation, needed help and were hung up and blocked. Thats not taking care of people.

A company that does things "right"

Pros

They listen to their employees, ask for feedback, and acknowledge that although there are a lot of differences between locations, diverse opinions are valued and what make us stronger and more agile.

Cons

It's a place with constant change. It's all positive change, and I think everyone in today's world should be comfortable with that growth, but it is change.
