Flexibility in some roles for some people…
Cons
Pretty much everything else. They have cut lower level administrative roles and now have tasked our job with doing more. Some managers know what they are asking us to do is crap and unreasonable but they are close to retirement and will not rock the boat. Management is more concerned will bring on new advisor plans than with retaining full service. We also have the WORST implementation team in the country and their manager is an egotistical narcissist.
