Pros

Excellent benefits package, 401(k) match is competitive, annual bonus, automatic enrollment in their ESOP which is a nice extra.

Cons

Growing at such a fast rate that work life balance is non-existent. Despite growth of company there is not a lot of opportunities to advance.
