I would give this company a negative 100 stars if I could. It was the worst work environment I have ever been in. It is very much "dog-eat-dog," with extreme personnel issues. The workload is bad for a small county, and because the turnover rate is so high, whenever someone quits, you get their work too. There is no training offered at all. You are thrown to the wolves and expected to learn extremely complicated programs on your own, and whats worse is, because it takes so long (a year or more) for you to figure out what you're even doing, when someone leaves, you get their work for over a YEAR. At one point, I was doing my job, & doing 2 other people's caseloads. The backbiting & drama are endless. Management will believe a client over you every time, & will give you coaching sessions about your 'behavior' even though the client lied because they were mad they did not qualify for programs. 80% of clients in this county are freeloaders. I'm not sorry for saying it, because that is the reality of it. Your faith in humanity will be gone after working here. It took me a long time to recover and get my life back after quitting. Nothing is worth it. Read the other reviews here! I know i'm just some random person on the internet that you don't know at all, but I am telling you to trust me - Do not even apply at this place. You will regret it very quickly, & you will say, "I should have listened to that random person online!"

Over worked, under paid, under staffed. Turnover rate is so high Colorado is jealous.
