Frustrating work environment

Pros

Friendly coworkers and often interesting work help you maintain your sanity. Good office location, near lots of good places to eat.

Cons

The president can be hard to work with: doesn't respond to email, micromanages projects, and makes things take way longer than they need to.

Pros

A small company where you get to know everyone really well. Great clients and interesting projects. There is a good opportunity to learn about a variety of technology, especially if you are new to Internet marketing.

Cons

A small company where you get to know everyone really well. Management can be very frustrating to work for; a lot of decisions feel arbitrary and seems to prefer a management by (self-induced) crisis. For a technology-based marketing company, a bit dated in its use of technology.
