Fantastic group of people to work with, great office location, interesting project breadth.

As with most small agencies, slow workload means letting employees go, and seniority is a priority here.

A+T is full of really smart and creative folks. It's the kind of place where no technology is off limits and people are encouraged to stay on the cutting edge. Interesting client work, and no project goes out the door without a lot of quality assurance, which = happy clients and a happy workplace. Also unique in the sense that there's none of the normal agency politics... titles and hierarchy are not the focus and team members seem to have a lot of respect for each other.
