Pros

Alexandria Industries is a values based organization from the top down. I've had more face to face talks with the executive team, especially the CEO, than any other company I've worked for. The leaders promote servant leadership which helps drive the evolution of employees reporting to them. It really feels like a family here, not just another job.

Cons

Due to the nature of the work, things are always changing and that can bother people.

Alexandria Industries is a great place to work! It feels like a family and when something happens to one of our "family" members, we all work together to help them out.

More flexible hours would be nice.

I truly love working for a manufacturing company that has values alignment with my own. Providing a company chaplain for us to connect with is a huge blessing.

Cons

As with any company, there are small opportunities for improvement in each area.
