We evaluate and make changes each year to remain competitive for our employees, whether it’s base pay, shift differentials, free on-site health clinic, free prescriptions, and many other benefits. Beyond paying bills, all these benefits enhance total compensation.
Communication while always a challenge has certainly been more so since COVID has occurred. In response to social distancing measures, we use digital signage, post bulletin board announcements and host larger group Zoom meetings to explain new projects. We have and will continue to send direct mail to our employees’ homes to update them on improvements or changes our business is experiencing.
