Flexible working hours that gives you time to bring and pick up kids at kindergarten etc. Global company giving you experience in interacting with colleagues around the world. Friendly corporate culture.

Cons

"We are not leaders in compensation" is a corporate mantra, which basically means you get a low salary if you are not very skilled at negotiating. Basically no further education or external courses offered.

Pros

Pretty good benefits and pay structure. Bonus program for sales people instead of commissions will not keep pure-bred sales person satisfied. Good 401(k) plan and medical benefits.

Cons

Couldn't manage an acquisition successfully if their lives depended on it. They depend on "systems" instead of people to the point of fostering employee abuse by lower managers. Their view is so long term that their true disregard for their employees is exposed by their reliance on dysfunctional managers and inadequate "systems".

Decent work life balance, this is the only reason I am still here.

Cons

Management is absolutely terrible. They don't praise at all, are fast to write you up, play favorites and don't even hide it. I really used to love working here.
