- On-time Salary - Friendly HR - The US team respected my family time and work. - Got effort-based bonuses almost every quarter. - No politics if you are assigned to work directly with the US team.

Cons

- I've seen some office politics when interacting with people in the Lahore office. - Lahore team is not fond of remote work.
