No work life balance. Low pay. Not all managers are bonus eligible, though they are managing highly profitable enrollments and implementations. Despite early promotion, growth felt stagnant. High turnover rates. No corporate culture. Many colleagues work virtually (work from home) 100%.

Change is constant and stress is high. The company has become so lean over the years that there is no ability to backfill roles when we have attrition. Years of replacing experienced team members with new hires has created a toxic environment. Experienced colleagues do the vast majority of the work and have no ability to train newer team members. This has been an issue for years and now the experienced colleagues, who once worked long hours to save the day refuse to have no work life balance any longer. Once the leader in the industry they are losing more clients due to cost and poor quality.
