They will only care about the deliverables to the client. Way too much work and given false promises. Too much nepotism and no support from client team(s) at all. They only care if you have a problem because management only cares about their bonuses. Only constant complaints if you flex your schedule for the capacity team but they’ll take away all your time off to meet their deliverables due to managements poor decision making causing less people to answer the phones.
