      Everything. They just fired 2 employees from training bc they didn’t pass a test. They didn’t even tell us how many times to take it and what happens if you fail. The “resources” they provide don’t even have the answers and if you ask if they can add an answer they say no. When you have a question they don’t really answer it. Pay isn’t good for the amount of work you do. You have to be on camera through entire training. They only gave us a little bit of call scenarios and expect us to know the answers to ones we didn’t learn and grade us on it. No overtime allowed
