Over work and lack of pay increase the last few years

This job was very stressful. Very high turnover somebody always leaving every 6 months made workload very unstable. Every other day doing the workload of others neglecting your own work because people are constantly on leave for a week or more. Some people have way more work than others just because others are slow to catch on. Managers arent terrible no job is perfect but the constant having to do other people work while yours constantly stacks up will lead to stress and burnout. Alot of people have come and gone because of this. The work itself is also very long and drawn out and very time consuming to complete decisions. Do not reccommend. No raises no incentives beyond paycheck. Will never be caught up. No real work life balance at all.
