Years of Experience Replaced with Offshore Labor

Pros

Talented and dedicated coworkers who genuinely cared about customers and helping one another.

Cons

Repeated layoffs, loss of experienced employees, overreliance on offshore resources without adequate knowledge transfer, inconsistent leadership, and a continued decline in operational effectiveness. Poor market pay and promises of pay raises only to be laid off months later. Falsely claiming there would be no additional layoffs only to continue laying off tenured employees all year long while showing off on hiring thousands of offshore people. Shameful.
