      People are usually respectful and supportive. Working from home is an option. (That’s a big plus these days.)

      Pros

      Company is very lenient about working from home.

      Cons

      No work balance..You'll be working into the weeknights and maybe even the weekends to get work done. If you go on vacation, be ready to work very long hours and say goodbye to your weekends.
