      flexibility, remote work, good people to work with

      Cons

      company is experiencing an identity crisis and trying to move to fast. Very short sighted placing a lot of eggs in the WorkDay basket and trying to shove everyone that isnt cloud into a new organization - Aptivate Solutions - so they can 'hide' the bad parts of the bottom line

      Work from home full-time and the co-workers

      Cons

      Wipro taking over the US tech jobs. Was let go after 14 years as a strong performer since starting back in the Hewitt Associate days. There were strong hiring needs in other areas of the company, but retooling with new skills was not seen as an advantage to company for retaining. Benefits are not that competitive and expensive for a company that has some focus in company benefit offerings.

      Started eliminating employees as soon as the took over and Never got a chance to finish out their careers.
