The company has become garbage since they were bought out and re-branded from AON to Alight. Management is clueless and careless. DS started running things and management lets them do whatever they want. The work load is huge but they only care about profit so instead of working with the great minds they have to improve and grow the company they lay us off. Less people to work the job, more complaints from the clients and BAM! Bye bye revenue. So I'm satisfied that they are imploding on themselves as it is their own fault.

Work life balance - Middle management does not have much work to do but they pretend to be busy in fear of being found out. This flexibility cascades down to the analysts.

Cons

-Pay is well below industry standards -Discrimination on age -Middle management is VERY weak. The insecurity here is contagious, resulting in a culture where ambition from younger employees is shamed and.
