The environment is VERY political. Leadership is grouped up and if you’re on their bad side you’ll now and those around you will as well. The layoffs are happening 5-6 times a year and the worked outs shifts with no increases. Each year we were told we didn’t have money but always given a free day off as if that would impact the cost of living. Employees ere told they are valued but also that Alight pays for cost of labor not cost of living. Basically employees have been gaslighted but know the job market is scarce, do more even though you’re paid less or be laid off. Layoffs seem to be targeting tenure vs quality. I’ve seen some amazing people laid off that the team and company really could have supported to be competitive in the market.its not stable work environment unless you’re highly compensated but those employees are leaving by choice so its very suspicious.
