      Salary level is competitive Benefits: medical insurance 401K, ESPP, stock options A lot of very talented and friendly people around, indeed. Very innovative, modern, hi-tech products Training, opportunity for professional growth.

      The working environment and W/L balance depends on a department you work in and office, it may vary significantly. Lack off communications from top to bottom (also depends on an office/division).

      Great pay. You're also part of the company that invented their industry so beating competition is very easy.

      They pride themselves on being "agile" but sometimes this really just means unorganized and massive structural changes can happen fast.
