Given my experience at my last job, I was surprised to see the variety of age groups at the company. I came from an environment where I was around an older age group that didn't really know how to communicate with me or understand what my goals and values were. The managers and team leads at Align seem to really value your well being and motivate you to go beyond expectations. This company is definitely the place you should apply to work if you're not looking for just a job, but a place to grow and expand your career.

Align is a fast-growing company, which leads to a fun and dynamic work environment. Decisions are made quickly, which create high levels of employee engagement. The company also does a good job of giving decision ownership to employees. Align holds several events/initiatives to create a fun work environment - work hard, play hard. Onsite benefits include a cafeteria, ping pong table, fresh brewed coffee, free soft drinks and snacks, and welcoming open spaces for employees to get away from their desks. Monthly raffles enable employees to win free tickets to events at PNC Arena, such as Carolina Hurricanes tickets, NCSU basketball tickets, concerts, and other events. Lastly, Align is focused on hiring a diverse workforce and encourages focus on employees' work/life balance.
