      Pros

      I love the freedom of working times, the care that is given to the employees, the relaxed work environment, the activities proposed by HHRR and the personal growth activities, the possibility of growing internally in the company, the gourmet / restaurant card. Also the salary is high for the country in which I live (Spain).

      Cons

      There is no stock options for employees, unless your manager asks for it
