unrealistic targets management becoming very political hiring only others like themselves, who thinks differently at higher level is fired.

1) It's a hire and fire company 2) Israel based company, 20% variable pay and they don't give variable, always says due to war business impacted, never gave variable pay from last 5yrs. 3) the middle management is the worst,they play and make you to resign end of the year to avoid variable pay. 4) it's a torture management,no hikes and lot of micromanagement 5) don't join this company. 6) it's my honest feedback.
