Many of the aforementioned Territory Managers are locked and loaded on becoming managers and will stop at nothing to achieve that goal. Back stabbing other TM's and grandstanding is commonplace. Management hasn't exactly been known for their high moral fiber either. Overall it's a corporate culture that has deteriorated badly on many levels over the years and leaves you wondering where compassion and decency has gone in the workplace.

C-suite management has turned over so much in the past 4 years. At the start of the year they want things done one way and then want to go in a new direction 6 months later. It feels completely chaotic and directionless. Align needs to pivot and come up with a plan as the industry hasn’t been growing and for digital scanners it has become saturated. Sales teams are burnt out and don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.
