      Great products and leader in the dental industry.

      Cons

      Culture is toxic - poor leadership. Underperformers are recognized with promotions while those who work hard, efficiently, and want to work collaboratively are told "No, this is how we've always done it." For a product that is so innovative, the HR organization is lead so ineptly.

      Will give you others' work and get upset when you're not able to accomplish it on an already tight schedule. Managers don't value people who not only work hard, but add value.
