Pros

Not much pros to actually give... but training and the pay there was the only nice thing about it.

Cons

No coaching or assistance when needed, work seems too overwhelming, and they would FIRE you right on the spot without telling you why you are getting fired. No verbal writing or write-up, just straight up into firing.

The calls weren’t bad, just micromanaging if you are on a call they would message you if you were on bathroom as well manager I had was a good manager but the other management team was on customer care

Cons

Just the micromanaging and they fire you after certain days out.
