The pay is ok and it's fully remote.

Cons

Trained for 4 weeks and literally thrown in. You are not even trained on half the tasks they throw at you. It's basically a learn as you go. And when you ask questions, they get an attitude, and want to tell you to go look at job aids and lists. Even the job aids are mediocre. You have the supervisor saying she doesn't micromanage, but that's because your minion team lead watches everything we do. There is a lot of favoritism. Literally told I would not be on phones and I'm basically working in a call center with the phone constantly ringing.

NOTHING, I only been there for 4 days and I am out of the door running, so please think twice before coming here!

Cons

micro-management policy even during training, it is such a hassle to return the equipment because they will not provided to you with the return label and will need you to go to Fedex and hand over the phone for them to speak with Fedex directly. THE WORST PART is that they missing my last paycheck and now I have to fight with Payroll and HR to get my last paycheck correct.

department was new when I started 2 years ago and the manager is enthusiastic about the company

they realize the most they're going to get out of the average employee is 2 years at best so in that time you will cross training your replacement
