- Depending on your view of long hours, this can be a pro or a con. The truth is, it is a lot of work. The company is trying to do something that hasn't really been done and that requires late nights and early mornings. - Healthcare in general has so many nooks and crannies - it can be daunting. Medicare Advantage is a microcosm of that complexity, so a lot of my outside-of-work time is spent trying to understand things I didn't previously know.

Very low morale in my departments with HR seemingly doing nothing to improve it; nepotism & favoritism prevail throughout the company; HR has some kind of project team with many members, but we never see significant work output from them, so we wonder what they do
