Severely lacking in communication, support and direction to employees. Executives seem to be clueless as to the wastefulness and lack of direction by upper management. Trainings that continuously provide incomplete and poorly thought out information. Incompetencies are often overlooked due to socializing with direct reports outside of the office. Company has had several rounds of restructuring/layoffs nationwide.

Very low morale in my departments with HR seemingly doing nothing to improve it; nepotism & favoritism prevail throughout the company; HR has some kind of project team with many members, but we never see significant work output from them, so we wonder what they do
