Base salary better than most for the service area I work in.

Cons

Works salary employees above and beyond legal hours without compensation. Upper management heavy without clear understanding of legalities.

It is a revolving door. People do not get proper training before they are thrown on the phones. Management needs to be better since it is 100% chaos at all times. There is too much favoritism with certain employees. Too much work load. Instead of member services it should be called Case Management dept. Employees should have better pay for everything that they have to do. Overall I would not recommend anyone to work for this company at least here in Tampa, Fl. Not even California reps like to take calls for Florida..... that says a lot....

Good Benefits and semi decent pay

Cons

Horrible management they expect to much from one person to deal with the stress of each of the members. They give you a hard time if god forbid your sick and only care about having cases open. Working till 8pm and not having a work life balance. Horrible QA standards and not caring that they rather lose good employees for $$$
