Pros

Remote work, decent pay, and love the coworkers I work with.

Cons

Micromanagement, job description always changing and increasing without pay increases. Little chance of advancement, several complicated systems that go down almost on a weekly basis, management has a toxic relationship with its staff. Will expect you to “go with the flow” for “business needs” and will change your schedule with a week notice, quality assessments is inconsistent. HR is not existent. Burnout is rampant among employees, and union busting is STRONG here. Members are often abusive towards us and management does not protect us. Training is extremely lack luster, and communication between departments are also nonexistent. Several departments are at war with eachother. Concerns and problems brought to management are often pushed back to us, and the “whip” cracks often. Instead of fixing problems agents report, it’s often turned around on us and told we need to work harder and no fault of the company or the systems at play. Also terrible PTO benefits, no sick leave. Management doesn’t approve leave until a month before the date.

Too much politics and a lot of fear

Pros

- offered a good balance of work and life - remote working env - good or even great benefits

Cons

- too many 'tribes / factions'. Discrimination is just rampant. If you are not from certain villages of your supervisor then it's a tough luck. don't expect much for any career growth etc. - culture of fear. You will feel people put up a wall everywhere due to job insecurity. - because of those two reasons, morale is so bad. Office is like a 'ghost-town' and employees just 'go-with-the-flow' as long as they don't get fired. No passion or no innovation and no nothing. Expect to have a dead-end career.

Pros

Remote work and laptops are provided, that's it.

Cons

Micromanaged, underpaid, Strong favoritism showed to the Case managers, and everyone else gets treated like trash, lack of leadership. No direction from management, job duties get changed daily like dirty sheets, No HR Presence, you are overworked unless you are friends with the managers, No growth opportunities. If you are uncomfortable with something they want to add to your role you will get threatened by management to lose your job, bullying.
