      Decent workplace but weary of c suite promises.

      Pros

      I have good faith is this company. I feel I have put in a good amount of my time help building this plan and it actually being great for members. I take pride in the world of insurance chaos we are at least semi decent. As decent as a health insurance plan can be. I feel we are being successful and that should be compensated.

      Cons

      Nothing yet. This review is average as I am excited for 2025! I know great things for our members will be happening in 2025. I am expecting a large increase in wages. Nothing else, but money. Waiting for it to happen.

      Lots of work, Not much growth in pay

      Pros

      You work remotely, lots of stability, benefits.

      Cons

      Work overload, pay seems to go up a couple cents every year. Not a lot of growth in terms of wage. Micromanaged. You are checked in on every other minute of the day. Unrealistic expectations. Doctors want updates STAT as if you’re not doing 5 million other things and have to drop everything to give them an update. Patient schedules are changed everyday and patient appointments are cancelled. Tons and tons of work load. If you fall behind a day or two, that’s it, you will be behind and everyday it will continuously pile up.
