Pros

Parking, building ammenities- full service cafe that's open from 7a-4p , lounge areas outside and indoors, decompression room for napping, full coffee machines that offer a variety of coffee drinks, nice break rooms, staff are friendly and open to helping you, benefits are really good as they offer a variety of options for dental, vision and medical in addition to perks. Pay is great also!

Cons

None at this time- no company is perfect but Alignment does their best to make employees feel comfortable while at work.

Good Benefits and semi decent pay

Cons

Horrible management they expect to much from one person to deal with the stress of each of the members. They give you a hard time if god forbid your sick and only care about having cases open. Working till 8pm and not having a work life balance. Horrible QA standards and not caring that they rather lose good employees for $$$
