The Medicare enrollment department needs to make a lot of changes to the team leadership. Employees should feel comfortable providing suggestions and concerns to management, or there needs to be an open door policy to be able to speak with the department management, but this does not happen at all. The director is very quick to be rude, extremely disrespectful and condescending towards her staff and does not value that this company is built on the shoulders of these employees. Management continues to undermine and mistreat its employees and that is why in less than a year they have lost over 11 employees either resigning or transferring out of the department. They are quick to cut overtime but want impossible numbers met, which creates a stressful environment, many employees would feel the need to work off the clock to make sure the demands were met.
