The management team and CEO who is very out of touch with reality and failed to realize that it is the workers whom they pay meniscal wages to is the reasons for their lavish living in California. Needless to say, how the ones who are making decision lives in alternative reality of the work done daily by the ones in the gutter.

Lack of initial training (only 4 weeks when I trained). My Supervisor offered very little support. I also felt like there was some "bait and switch" going on as far as being told employment would look a certain way only for it to be different (i.e. shift assignments). Was also misled on career growth opportunities as well.
