Pros

Growth potential/promotions from within the company. Excellent benefits package that is only going to continue to improve. Supportive leadership and corporate team really working towards fostering a cohesive link between corporate and clinical sides. Leadership values employees and is open to suggestions from front line clinicians. Work life balance is a huge bonus. We are revolutionizing how we care for our seniors in the comfort of their own home helping to bridge any gaps in care that may not be detected in the doctor's office. Go to work knowing you are truly impacting the lives of each member we visit.

Cons

Newer program which will come with some growing pains but well worth it given all the pros. PTO accrual needs to increased.
