Alignment thus far has been a great company to work for and through the growth of the organization with membership and employees has been very rewarding.

Cons

You have to be a change maker and more adaptable to that-- otherwise if you are too structured in your daily needs you may want to assess which area to work.

Tons of opportunities to impact a growing company and healthcare for seniors. People in my department have been great and have been essential in helping me hit the ground running. Supervisors who want transparent and honest feedback and provide the same.

Cons

It’s still growing and working it’s way to best practices. Roles, responsibilities and org structure are not well defined as the leadership continue to push for best practices.
