Pros
Our company just recently celebrated its 5 year anniversary and continues to grow and innovate. Our clinical management team is continuously communicating with us about why are here- to provide the best care possible for our members and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations. Our team all works together on this goal and we have seen first hand that our timely care and support does make a positive impact. In addition, our CEO also takes time to meet with us to give us updates and let us know how much he appreciates the work that we do. Having worked at 2 large healthcare companies, I know that not all CEOs do this. He also uses his real life experience to help improve the member/patient experience.
Cons
We need to streamline the number of systems that we use to capture member information, but our leadership team is aware and we've developed solutions until we have a long-term solution in place.
