Pros

Good pay and benefits package.

Cons

D&I initiatives aimed more at generating revenue than genuine representation. No clear development plans for administrative and support positions.

Pros

AlixPartners is a challenging and dynamic workplace with smart colleagues and interesting projects. I appreciated the opportunity to work with top-tier clients and gain exposure to a variety of industries. The company provides good benefits and compensation, and there is a strong emphasis on professional development and training.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work-life balance at AlixPartners is poor, with long hours and intense deadlines. The company culture can be competitive and cut-throat, and there is little flexibility or support for work-life integration. Communication from management can also be unclear at times, leading to confusion and stress.
