Pros

Earned a monthly salary. Colleagues were on. Learned many new skills during my tenure.

Cons

Work pressure, arrogant managers they don't listen to your problems. You will not easily be coached, reprimand even if you commit the same errors in the process. They will never tell you what the real expectations are and absolutely everything is pushed. No Further career progressions. Highly toxic work political system, people are placed in roles where they possess no experience to even perform the duties required for the position but due to the existing favouritisms they earn these roles.

Pros

- Good flow of business based on reputation - Unique model provides exposure to consulting as well as M&A - Great atmosphere among juniors

Cons

- Doesn't seem to be a strategy which impacts deal flow, performance, pay and culture - Weak management - both at board/corporate and deal team level - Little career development opportunities available

Pros

People are friendly but you can find that anywhere, the pay is pretty decent, moreover good snacks and great common areas

Cons

Unrewarding job full of stress and endless hours of overtime, pper management constantly shifts blame downward and the work environment is built on fear as well as many departments are chronically understaffed, increasing the pressure on staff. Hard work often goes unnoticed unless one actively seeks attention
