This is a fast-paced, growth-mindset company so not for everyone especially if you are looking for a cruise-control job. Growth companies are challenged on resources but opportunity for folks to make a difference!

Still a smaller company, so sometimes they give in to some unreasonable client demands sometimes.

There are two recent reviews that depict Alkami's culture as "toxic". To me, these are too similar and feels as if someone is attempting to damage Alkami's reputation because of some personal vendetta. I have worked with Alkami for over 2 years, and what these "reviews" have stated is wrong. Alkami has one of the best cultures ever! Sure, there are growing pains as the company is growing very fast, but leadership is working genuinely to improve the information and tools. There is no way that the culture at Alkami would ever tolerate bullies and retaliation.

Cons

People posting with personal agendas to damage the reputation of a great company with many great people working hard and collaborating every day to create a great work environment and experience for clients.
