Pros

Direct team members are fantastic to work with. Across other teams, it is hit or miss, but overall the individual contributors are great people. Benefits are good in comparison to the market. Catered lunch along with sodas, snacks, coffee, and tea. Team and company events that are REAL FUN. Dual monitors and standing desks. Casual environment. The company's culture and values.

Cons

Leveraged environment that is unscalable and the prioritization of clients is conflicting. Due to this, it seems to be a struggle to get clients across the finish line. Due to teams being over-worked, there is a lack of training and professional development which leads to burn out and creating the same mistakes over and over again. There are subcultures within the company which are perpendicular to the company culture.

Free food, Office is nice, some people are very friendly and good at their job.

Cons

Bullies everywhere! Extremely toxic environment. All these 4-5 star reviews are bogus and probably written by the suck ups who management promotes. Extremely disorganized tech environment where nothing gets done. Shame, since this place has so much potential if you get rid of the dead weight keeping you down. They are always hiring - because it’s a revolving door.
