This is more specific to the engineering management.The culture was much better before Jan 2023 and gradually degraded with the influx of the new management. The work culture was less political and less egoistic . The new wolf pack is more streamlined towards promoting and recognizing its pack while ignore the older and privileged employees

They talk so much about diversity... do they have any at the leadership level ? The hard facts are they don't have it.. How many C suite are black --- None How many VPs are black -- None How many Directors -- None Sure they have some diversity, but none at the leadership level
