People are great. Location is great (beautiful offices, covered parking, walkable campus). Benefits are amazing (good price healthcare, gym supplement, free lunch everyday, healthy snacks, unlimited vacation). Lots of efforts to make workplace fun.

Cons

Accountability of those director level and higher is sadly missing. This has caused high turnover(lower level employees) in many departments. These inept leaders are still there. There seems to be a lack common business standards among leadership. Instead there is a focus on sale, sale, sale.... -No work from home -No flex schedule (most in office between 8-5 or 9-6)
