Pros

Great work/life balance. Good pay. Benefits are improving (401k match coming Jan 2019). Catered lunch every weekday. Fun people to work with. Leadership are nice and open.

Cons

Benefits could be better but as I said they know this and are working on improving them.

Treated better than I've ever been treated, valued, love coming to work every day, coworkers are high quality people. There is literally no place I would rather work. The company reinvests in itself and makes sure we have the absolute best product in the market place - which makes it easier to sell. Lunch is catered everyday.

Cons

Benefits could be better, but they're really not bad and something I know the company is working on, so they'll only improve.

Pros

The people at Alkami are extremely intelligent and willing to work hard to pursue a common goal. Lots of camaraderie and collaboration. A wonderful atmosphere both physically (stand-up desks, flat screens, La Croix in the fridge!) and mentally. I love this company and there's no place I'd rather be. I feel honored to be a part of an amazing culture in such a unique time in history. #Alkamiforlife
